Website up ‘n’ running…sort of!
Well the basic foundation for our new website is up and running. There are still a few pages to be added (for printable membership applic form and so on), but whats up at the moment is the basic jist of it all.

Have a look and let me know via email (you can use the email account on front page of website if you like) what you think! Be honest!!!! I know some of the wording is a bit puffy, but maybe I have missed something all together. So let me know!
As an added bonus, dont forget to click on the “forum” link on the first page…you will find easy enough, especially if you actually read what is written there. There is more sections in the forum itself, but they are only visible to financial members. So when you join up, let me know and I will authorise your viewing of the hidden forums.
But please tell me what you think…send me photos of events that have happened over the years for the history page…only need 1 or 2 of each one, so no need to fill a whole email up with pics.

ABA website
Dare I bring it up again after so many discussions have been had, but I feel if the ABA is going to get more exposure (which I really think it needs right now) the website needs to be more then a blog.
I have stumbled upon a website hosting/building site that may interest you guys. Its really easy to use, as I am building a website for L.S Canvas (thats me) as we speak.

Theres a link to the site. The economy hosting package is suitable for what the ABA would need, allowing pages for photo albums, a blog page (like this one) and many more pages to suit our needs.
Here is my website (isnt finished yet!) to have a look at, so you can get an idea. Like I said, its easy to use and seems pretty cheap.
you also get a heap of email accounts as well.

No fun
I’m up for another operation on my fingers- left hand this time. Gunna be out of circulation for a couple of weeks – no fishing, no kayaking, no surfing, no fun.

We are going to….
Lake Borumba!
Jaime is really wanting to go for a fish, so we are pinging off for the weekend and going to chase some Bass and Toga in the sticks….cant wait for that.
Look out for a report (or link to Ausbass) on our return.
Anyone else who wants to come up for the weekend (or day trip) let us know, so we can have a few drinkies as well. Staying at the Deer Park as usual.

The great Wiley garage sale December 14, 15, 16
Beth Wiley is having a clean out of Col’s fishing tackle. She has generously decide to donate some of the proceeds to the club for the purchase of a memorial trophy.
